-Braid your hair down in a three strand braid and secure the end (no rubber band)
-Comb in pony on the left side of your ponytail of your ponytail holder
-Hold velcro base as you wrap your ponytail clockwise around base
-Then velcro and secure the tail with bobby pin or hairspray
